How voter data is handled
This notice explains the minimum personal data used to run the SANK election safely, fairly, and with a clear audit trail.
Voter registration collects your full name, email address, date of birth, and security metadata needed to prevent duplicate registration, authenticate voters, and protect election integrity.
The platform uses this information only for voter eligibility, duplicate prevention, fraud detection, election communications, and vote verification without exposing ballot choices.
Sensitive lookup values are hashed, security-sensitive workflows are rate-limited, admin access requires OTP verification, and completed votes are separated from public verification receipts.
You can contact the SANK election administrator to request correction of registration details, support with a registered email change, or information about how your data is being processed.
Registration uses only strictly necessary cookies and security headers. No analytics or advertising trackers are required for the voting journey.
